About the Role Code 3 Christmas Lights is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our lighting installation team. Our team installs professional lighting displays on homes and businesses in Colorado Springs, CO, bringing joy to our clients and everyone who views our work. You'll be working outdoors on ladders, roofs, and hydraulic lifts, using drills and other hand tools to install, maintain, and remove custom lighting displays. This is a great opportunity for roofers, roofing contractors, firefighters, landscapers, arborists, tree trimmers and climbers, window cleaners, power/pressure washers, painters, and construction or general laborers. Anyone with hands on trade experience and a strong work ethic will thrive here. Safety is our number one priority. Our team is specially trained to walk on tile roofs, and safety harnesses are required for all elevated work. Uniforms, tools, and all safety equipment are provided. Duties & Responsibilities Install, maintain, and remove residential and commercial lighting displays with precision and care Work safely from roofs, ladders, the ground, and hydraulic lifts, following all required safety protocols and using harnesses at all times Walk and work safely on various roof types, including tile roofs (training provided) Operate hand tools and drills to custom cut and fit lighting to each home or business Troubleshoot and problem solve on site to ensure every display functions and looks flawless Maintain high attention to detail to deliver a polished, professional quality result on every job Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members throughout each install Represent Code 3 with a positive, respectful, and professional attitude on every property Follow all company safety standards and wear provided uniforms and safety equipment Assist with loading, transporting, and organizing equipment and materials as needed Help capture occasional photos or short videos of the install for Code 3's social media, if you're comfortable Requirements Valid Colorado driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Experience working with ladders Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify Team player with a positive, respectful attitude and punctuality Strong attention to detail Flexibility to work some longer days and occasional weekends Ability to set up direct deposit for payroll Compensation $22 to $25/hr, based on experience Overtime paid at 1.5x Productivity bonuses Benefits Competitive salary Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Encouraging, team-oriented workspace Training & development How To Apply Before applying, we encourage you to check out photos of our work at code3christmaslights.com to get a feel for the quality and craftsmanship behind every installation.
