Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Wood Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wood flooring industry and possess the ability to install new and restore hardwood floors to their original beauty. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a passion for quality work. The Lead Hardwood Installer will be responsible for applying installation according to NWFA standards. Duties Install solid hardwood, pre-finished hardwood, LVP, Laminate to NWFA standard installation guidelines Sand and refinish new and existing hardwood to NWFA and Company standards Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience in hardwood flooring installation, sanding and finishing. Familiarity with the NWFA standards and guidelines. Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for long periods and lifting materials as needed. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
