Purpose:

To assist in providing speech, physical and occupational therapy services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain communication skills, optimal health, body alignment and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status Must possess basic computer skills Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working in the field of human services preferred

Essential Functions:

Implements therapy programs to include instruction and monitoring prescribed by the OT/PT/Speech Therapist Provides physical and nutritional management monitoring to ensure compliance with each individual's plan Completes documentation according to regulatory requirements Maintains inventory of adaptive equipment, ensures cleanliness and that all items are in good repair Performs all other duties as assigned This position will remain open until filled.
