PAY AND SCHEDULE

$16

• 18 per hour to start, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated skills Opportunity to progress to $18
• 20 per hour over time as skills, quality, reliability, and ability to complete jobs independently are demonstrated Full-time, W-2 position Work is generally scheduled within 8:00 a.m
• 5:00 p.

m., Monday-Friday, but daily start and finish times may vary based on the job schedule

ABOUT THE POSITION

Help clean and restore tile, grout, and other hard surfaces in homes and businesses throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Technicians report to our office in Plantation and travel from the office to scheduled customer locations. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from the Plantation office. Experience with floors, tile and grout, or janitorial work is helpful, but it is not required. We will train the right person. What matters most is reliability, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and treating every customer's property with care and respect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to the Plantation office as scheduled and arrive on time Travel from the office to customer homes and businesses throughout the service area Review the planned work with the customer before beginning Protect furniture, walls, floors, and surrounding areas Clean and scrub tile and grout Apply grout sealer or color seal and perform minor grout or caulk restoration after training Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Complete a final walkthrough with the customer Explain basic care instructions and document completed work with photos and notes Work independently after training and alongside another technician on larger jobs

QUALIFICATIONS

Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in customers' homes and businesses Friendly, respectful, and able to communicate clearly Fluent enough in spoken and written English to understand safety instructions, communicate with customers, and complete job documentation Spanish is helpful but not required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history Reliable transportation to and from the Plantation office Able to use a smartphone for calls, texts, directions, and job photos Able to safely kneel, bend, reach, scrub, walk on wet surfaces, and lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation when required Willing to learn safe chemical handling, equipment use, and Grout Beautiful's restoration process Willing to complete a full background check as part of the hiring process Experience in floor care, tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, janitorial work, pressure washing, maintenance, construction, or another hands-on service trade is helpful but not required.
