Paver Installer / Hardscape TechnicianPosition Overview Tejas Home Commercial Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Paver Installer with experience in residential and commercial hardscape projects. The ideal candidate has hands‑on knowledge of installing pavers for driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks , and is committed to delivering high‑quality workmanship. We are looking for a hard‑working, honest individual with a positive attitude who works well as part of a team and takes pride in their craft. Key Responsibilities Install concrete, brick, and stone pavers for driveways, pool decks, patios, and walkways Perform site preparation, grading, base installation, and compaction Cut and shape pavers using appropriate tools Assist with demolition and removal of existing surfaces Ensure all installations meet company standards and industry best practices Maintain a clean and safe job site Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors Communicate clearly and professionally with team and clients Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in paver installation or hardscape construction Knowledge of base preparation, leveling, compaction, and paver laying patterns Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Team‑oriented mindset Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience with sealing, resanding, or repair work Ability to read project plans or layouts Experience operating skid steers or compactors What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Consistent work and stable scheduling
