Duties Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of refinishing coatings Apply high-quality coatings using brush, roller, spray guns, or airless paint sprayers for smooth, even finishes on tubs and tiles Repair surface imperfections such as chips, cracks, or stains before refinishing to achieve a flawless look Follow safety regulations diligently by using respiratory protection and adhering to safety protocols during all phases of work Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately execute refinishing projects according to client requirements Maintain a clean work environment by managing waste materials and ensuring tools are properly stored after each job Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Requirements Proven experience in refinishing Knowledge of construction estimating, color theory, and various painting techniques including brush painting, roller painting, and construction spray painting Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and advanced equipment such as paint sprayers and airless spray systems Familiarity with structural painting surfaces like drywall, plastering, stucco, concrete finishing, masonry, and trim carpentry Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for precise project execution Strong understanding of safety regulations including respiratory protection use and adherence to safety protocols on construction sites Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to surface area and coating quantities Experience with fixture installation, caulking, drywall repair, framing carpentry, or handyman tasks is a plus Excellent attention to detail with an eye for visual color comparison to match existing finishes or achieve desired aesthetics Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to deliver transformative refinishing solutions!
