On-Site (Various Treasure Valley Job Sites) About the Role & How We Work Keeley Enterprises has a massive backlog of residential and commercial remodels scheduled straight through January 2027 ! We are seeking a Mid-Level Tile Tech who has hands-on tile experience and works at a solid pace to keep job timelines moving.

Team Concept & Cross-Training:

While your primary focus will be leading tile phases, our crews tackle all aspects of remodeling as a team . You will run your tile specialty, but you will also jump in to help with whatever is going on at the job site—including framing support, drywall, painting, flooring, demolition, or cleanup. We actively cross-train our techs across multiple trades so you can expand your skillset while keeping projects moving fast.

What You'll Do Core Specialty:

Prep, cut, lay, set, and grout tile for backsplashes, shower walls, tub surrounds, and floors cleanly and quickly.

All-Around Remodel Execution:

Jump in on all other job site needs—demolition, framing support, drywall prep, painting, flooring, and site cleanup to keep production flowing.

Production Pacing:

Work directly with crew leads to hit target labor hours, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep builds on schedule.

Tech Operations:

Log hours, track schedules, and review daily tasks using the Contractor Foreman app.

What We're Looking For Mid-Level Trade Experience:

1-3 years of hands-on tile installation experience (you must know tile tools, saws, layout basics, and grouting).

Team-First Attitude:

Willingness to run your tile specialty while stepping up to help with any remodel task needed on-site.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license, reliable personal work transportation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

On-Call Availability:

Willingness to participate in a light, rotating emergency after-hours call schedule (rare call-outs).

Compensation & Perks Hourly Pay:

$18.00

We help our techs purchase their own tools after 90 days of employment! 4-
