Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Installer to take charge of our field operations; leading install jobs, training our team, and setting the standard for quality on every project. We are a family-owned custom stone shop that's been serving the Treasure Valley for over 20 years. We're known for quality craftsmanship and top-notch customer service, and we focus on custom work, not high-volume production. What you'll do Lead installations of countertops, waterfalls, full-height splash, slab showers, fireplace surrounds, outdoor kitchens, and more. Perform onsite fabrication (sink, outlet, and cooktop cutouts) for a perfect custom fit every time. Work across Natural Stone, Quartz, Porcelain, and Dekton. Train and mentor other installers in the field. Walk every job against our checklist before leaving the site to guarantee a 5-star customer experience. What you need 10+ years in the stone industry (preferably 8+ years of install/5+ years of Lead experience) Strong onsite fabrication skills and expert-level glue color matching/seam finishing. Valid driver's license with a clean record. Willing to travel out of town occasionally (up to 10%, including some overnight stays). Proven leader, reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator who stays calm under pressure.
