POSITION SUMMARY

Maintenance Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers. WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employee Safety All workplace accidents/injuries must be reported immediately to the supervisor the [Operations Coordinator} reports to, then follows up with a complete Injury Report with all information as soon as possible. Provide the complete report to the immediate supervisor who will complete an Incident Investigation with the injured employee in person as they have firsthand knowledge of the accident. The immediate supervisor will then send the documentation to the Human Resources Director.
