Qualifications & Experience:

Current RBT licensure required Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued Knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and family collaboration Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans Patient, empathetic, and committed to student growth

Key Responsibilities:
