The Grout Medic of Rochester Hills and Farmington Hills, a fast-growing grout and tile maintenance/restoration company, is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Tile Technicians. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience is a plus (tile installation, grout work, or related fields).
• No experience? No problem! Candidates with a working knowledge of home services and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• A patient, friendly, and detail-oriented personality.
• Ability to follow procedures and respond to customer needs.

Requirements:

• Must have a cell phone.
• Clean appearance and professional demeanor.
• Insured personal vehicle, presentable and in safe working order, used to travel to customer job site with room to carry needed tools and supplies for the job.
• Must speak English well.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa.
• Clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
• A criminal background check is required. Preferred Skills (but not required):
• Tile or grout experience.
• Experience with silicone caulks and various types of grouts.
• Knowledge of services like tile installation, re-grouting, re-caulking, grout cleaning, tile repair, or water damage repair.

What We Offer :

Flexible Hours:

Full-time (M-F 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or part-time options.

Hourly Pay:

Based on experience and skills. Range from $19

• $25 per hour.
• For full time
• 1 WEEK

PAID VACATION

after 1 year of employment

• PAID HOLIDAYS

  after 90 days of employment (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
