We provide our customers with a timely delivery of products whose performance and appearance are in accordance with the tradition of high manufacturing standards. . We are currently looking to fill a position as: Installer, stone counter tops . Objective Responsible for installing stone counter tops. Works within the team for the achievement of 100% customer satisfaction. . Essential Functions/Responsibilities (including but not limited to) : Tear out of existing counter tops. Responsible for the installation of granite & quartz counter tops. Responsible for the installation of sinks. Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas that allows giving effective presentation of StoneTrends, LLC and its products. Demonstrates the ability to communicate on a business conversation with business owners, architects, designers, homeowners, and decision makers. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Interface with customers, subcontractors, operations, and CAD to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems. Be proactive as company's representative. .

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience, and Background:

Minimum of 2 years of counter top installation experience required . Work with minimum and/or no supervision. Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve quotas. Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment. .
