In this hands-on role, you will lead a small team, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that all renovation tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to construction plans and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers to develop timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for each unit renovation. Oversee the installation of flooring, drywall, tile, doors, and other building materials with precision and craftsmanship. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to complete remodeling tasks efficiently. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement or correction. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately to guide installation processes such as masonry, concrete forming, plastering, and hardscaping projects. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all team members follow OSHA regulations. Document progress through detailed reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status or issues. Qualifications Strong knowledge of building construction techniques including drywall installation, painting, trim installation, tile flooring installation, tile laying, minor plumbing, and window/door fitting. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Hands-on experience with light demo, drywall repair/replacement, PEX water line installation, painting/caulking applications, door framing/hanging, tile work, and finish work. (Full scope will be discussed during interview) Proficient in using hand and power tools Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards on-site. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders Qualified candidates should have their own tools and reliable transportation. This is not a short-term position.
