Trowels Demolition Full Job Description Position Overview:

McArthur Tile is a locally owned and operated tile installation company committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every project. This job will involve working with ceramic, porcelain, and natural stones in construction and/or renovation projects. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in construction and be able to stand, kneel, bend, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Key qualifications include problem-solving skills, strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Work on projects involving ceramics, porcelains, and natural stones Tile setting, floor leveling, waterproofing, subfloor installation, demolition, and patching Utilize chisels, trowels, power grinders, and wet saws Working with other contractors to complete jobs Prepping tasks, mixing thin-set, cleaning wet saws, tile cutting, grouting, sealing, and clean-up Job requirements: Experience as a tile setter, or in a similar tile installation role Skilled in using tile saws, levels, trowels, and related tools Strong understanding of surface preparation methods and materials Ensure all work meets quality standards and passes inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Complete projects on time and within scope Valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage $22.00 to $32.00/hr depending on experience Health and dental insurance (50% of employee premiums paid by employer) Supplemental insurance package (100% employer-paid) 401K with 4% employer match after 1 year of employment 1 week vacation PTO after 6 months & 2 weeks vacation PTO after 12 months 3 sick days after 1 year of employment

Location and Schedule:
