This hands-on position is responsible for building custom wooden shipping crates used to safely transport natural stone and other materials. The ideal candidate has carpentry or framing experience, is comfortable working with power and hand tools, and takes pride in producing accurate, well-built work. Key Responsibilities

• Build and frame wooden shipping crates to required dimensions and specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure lumber and other crating materials.
• Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
• Prepare crates to help ensure products are protected during shipping and transportation.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment practices.
• Assist with other Distribution Center responsibilities as needed. Qualifications
• Carpentry, framing, woodworking, or related experience; 3+ years preferred .
• Strong basic carpentry and framing skills.
• Proficiency using power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials.
• Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or distribution experience is preferred
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and maneuver materials weighing more than 50 pounds .
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Position Details
