Industrial Tile Setter | $40/hr Albuquerque, NM Job Details Contract $35 - $40 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Sawing Grinding machine operation Attention to detail Commercial construction Blueprint reading Entry level Tile laying Full Job Description Overview Requirements Technical Tile Expertise Knowledge of tile types, grout, and adhesives (epoxy experience preferred) Ability to read and work directly from blueprints Experience in commercial or industrial settings Tool Proficiency Skilled with tile saws, grinders, trowels, and levels Comfortable using both hand and power tools independently Physical Capability & Work Environment Able to lift and handle heavy materials consistently Stamina for extended periods of kneeling, bending, and standing Willingness to work in hot, dirty, and physically demanding conditions Responsibilities Install tile in commercial and industrial environments Measure, cut, and set tile to spec Work from prints with minimal direction Maintain quality while keeping up with production demands What We're Looking For Self-sufficient tile setters who don't need to be micromanaged Reliable and consistent attendance Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship If you can walk onto a job site and get to work immediately, we want to talk to you.
