Part-Time | 20-30 Hours Per Week Job Description Grout Works is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Grout & Tile Cleaning Laborer. This is a hands-on position involving professional tile and grout cleaning, restoration, and sealing services in residential and commercial properties. No extensive experience is required. We provide the necessary equipment, cleaning products, tools, and training. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Job Responsibilities Assist with professional tile and grout cleaning and restoration. Clean and prepare tile and grout surfaces. Apply grout sealants and color sealing products. Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment. Follow instructions and company procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide quality workmanship and professional customer service. Job Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle to get to and from work. Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking. Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others. Must be comfortable with physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Must be willing to learn new skills. Previous cleaning, construction, flooring, or tile experience is a plus but not required. What We Provide All necessary tools and equipment. Cleaning products and supplies. Hands-on training.
