THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Tile/Carpet engineer to repair and replace broken tile maintain all the marble, Carpet, Vinyl flooring throughout the property.THE STARTING RATE
$38.12 Per HourTHE DAY-TO-DAY
Install, repair, and replace broken tile and marble, walls and floors in all areas of the hotel Repair and refinish vanity tops and re-grout marble Install and repair all types of Carpet and padding, vinyl and wood flooring Repair and refinish all concrete walls Ensure that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods Maintain constant awareness of safety and accident preventionTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Required 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience or successful completion of the Jr. Engineer Program Required 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience PreferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
