Landscape Construction and Maintenance Crew Members Are you someone who takes pride in your work, has strong carpentry and landscape construction and maintenance experience, and thrives in a team environment? What We Do:
We design and build high-end custom landscapes, including: Barbecue kitchens (concrete foundations, metal stud framing, concrete board, tile/stone finishes, and stucco) Pergolas and patio covers (freestanding and attached, with concrete footings and steel post installations) Retaining and decorative walls Concrete work (forming, pouring, and finishing high-quality concrete) Paver installations (concrete, natural stone, and porcelain) Complete planting, irrigation, and synthetic turf systems Landscape maintenance and seasonal care
What We're Looking For:
Experience in any or all of the following: carpentry, framing, concrete, pavers, masonry, landscape installation, or maintenance Ability to work with metal studs, finish surfaces like tile or stone, and perform skilled manual labor Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude—no drama, no negativity Team player with good character, who respects coworkers and values doing things the right way Willingness to learn and grow within the company Valid driver's license is mandatory
