In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality rubber surfacing solutions using innovative Polyurethane Infused (PIP) techniques, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from playgrounds to sports courts, contributing to safe and vibrant environments. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in flooring and surface installation, a strong understanding of construction plans, and a commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and verifying project specifications against blueprints and schematics Measure and install rubber surfacing materials accurately using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fitting and seamless installation Mix and apply polyurethane-based adhesives or coatings following manufacturer guidelines for optimal bonding and durability Install rubber surfacing over various substrates such as concrete, asphalt, or existing flooring while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects efficiently and accurately Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on poured rubber installation Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, trowels, scrapers, as well as power tools necessary for surface preparation and finishing tasks Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics for precise project execution
