This paid position offers hands-on experience in residential renovation projects, where you'll collaborate with skilled professionals to execute high-quality building and finishing work. Duties Assist with the installation of, bathrooms, and kitchens. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as caulking, tile laying, drywall installation, and carpentry. Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of remodeling tasks. Support plumbing and electrical work by preparing materials and assisting licensed professionals on-site. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during outdoor work activities. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment required for various installation tasks. Strong understanding of safety protocols specific to construction environments. Experience with window installation, cabinet hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, plastering, electrical work, plumbing tasks, and trim carpentry. Outdoor work experience demonstrating adaptability to different weather conditions.
