Job Summary We're on the hunt for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our mitigation demolition team. You'll work directly with a seasoned Lead Technician, helping to remove damaged materials like drywall, flooring, cabinets, and trim from residential and light commercial properties affected by water or mold. What You'll Do Team up with a seasoned Lead Demolition Technicians to tear out water- or mold-damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets, and trim—cleanly, safely, and with precision.
- cut, remove, and dispose of contaminated sheetrock. Flooring
- tear out carpet, padding, vinyl, laminate, tile, and hardwood. Cabinets & Countertops
- carefully detach and remove kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and surfaces. Trim, Baseboards, and Insulation
- remove all finish materials and damaged insulation as needed.
