• Exterior Cleaning Technician — $150
• 200/Day + Bonuses
• JC Cleaning | Lancaster, PA | Full-time JC Cleaning is growing fast, and we're hiring technicians who want to grow with us. You'll do window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, and Christmas light installs. Every job is different, so no two days are the same.
• Who we're looking for:
• hard working, driven, goal oriented people who take pride in their work and want to build a career, not just punch a clock.
• The work:
• Window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, Landscaping, Christmas lighting
• At every job: hang door hangers on surrounding homes, place yard signs, set out the A-frame sign, and get Google reviews. These are our standard KPIs
• Bonuses on top of daily pay:
• $20 for every Google review you bring in
• 20% of every job booked from door hangers you hung or yard signs you placed
• 10% of every job booked from the A-frame sign you set out Do the basics well and you get paid extra for it.

• Requirements:

• comfortable on ladders and working outdoors, able to lift 50+ lbs, valid driver's license, No call offs or late days for the first 30 days. We take accountability seriously but we also love to mess around and have a good time.

• Schedule:

• 6 days/week with at least one full weekend off every month.

No PTO.
