Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marble and Granite Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing high-quality marble and granite surfaces in residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, seamless installations, and exceptional craftsmanship that meet our clients' expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your skills in building material installation and construction techniques. Duties Measure and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to determine installation requirements Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar for secure placement Install marble and granite countertops, flooring, wall cladding, and custom features with precision using hand tools and power tools Follow safety protocols including ladder use, proper handling of heavy materials, and safe operation of power equipment Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of building components Perform quality inspections during and after installation to ensure durability, alignment, and aesthetic standards are met Complete necessary documentation such as installation reports, material logs, and progress updates Own transportation ( Can ride with boss if local) But will still have to meet. Willing to travel locally Skills Experience with tile masonry installation, fixture mounting, cabinet setup, door hanging, and related building material work Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment with accuracy Strong knowledge of software for digital plan review and project management (nice-to-have) Familiarity with construction management principles including estimating costs and managing timelines Experience with drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, gutter installation, and remodeling projects Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to fixture installation or renovation work Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during project execution Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely for custom cuts or adjustments Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork in fast-paced environments Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship in stone installation!
