Our technicians are paid a percentage of job revenue, which results in a very high hourly rate. We pay our technicians based on production, so you'll get the most money for your time. We work with businesses across the Tri-County Area, so you'll get to go to new places every day! Carolina Floor Solutions provides commercial floor cleaning services to businesses throughout the greater Charleston area. We primarily clean and maintain commercial tile & grout and carpet. We also strip & wax VCT and terrazzo floors. We are looking for responsible, diligent floor cleaning technicians that want to join a growing business. Technicians use powerful cleaning equipment to deep clean hard surfaces at our customers' facilities. Although experience is helpful, we care most that our employees value customer service, have great attention to detail, are reliable, show up on time, and can be trusted. We are willing to IICRC-certify the right applicant. We have work that occurs during both days and nights. There is occasional weekend work and overtime when customers need us. We have both full and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

Cleans and seals tile and grout Hot Water Extraction/Low Moisture Encapsulation carpet cleaning Strips, scrubs, and waxes VCT tile (preferred) Mixes and cleans with appropriate cleaning solution Sweeps, mops, and/or vacuums floors as needed Moves and replaces furniture as required (i.e. desk chairs) Notifies supervisors of need for inventory replenishment, major repairs, and customer requests and feedback Performs routine/daily operational maintenance of equipment per manufacturer specifications (preferred) Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures (OSHA-compliance) Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner Some bending and heavy lifting

Qualifications:

Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs Valid Driver's License with good driving record Reliable transportation with light towing capacity (preferred) Must be able to pass a background check and drug test Cell phone Willingness to clean sites in Myrtle Beach is a plus 1-2 years of experience in the floor cleaning industry is a plus but not required; we will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
