Job Overview Insulation Co. is a full-service insulation company in the Greater Austin area. We're looking for a hands-on Lead Installer / Foreman who has experience installing, leading the job site, and making sure jobs are completed on schedule. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role. For the right person with strong work ethic, this opportunity is a growth path to Production Manager as the business continues to grow. Responsibilities Install insulation with the crew; this is a hands-on role so you will be on the tools every day Lead the jobs directing the crew, setting job pace, and keeping crew moving to hit scheduled deadlines Make sure every job has the material, equipment, and people it needs to finish on time Checking in across multiple job sites as needed to confirm work is moving smoothly and stepping in where needed Monitor and manage material usage against the job estimate so jobs are within budget Enforce manufacturer specs, quality standards, and safety rules on every job Flag scope, material, or schedule problems immediately Experience Insulation installing experience required, capable on the tools, and able to lead a crew in the field Strong sense of job pacing and knows what "on schedule" looks like and drives to it Organized and resourceful, solves problems and keeps jobs moving without being told Comfortable running between sites and doing what it takes to keep crews moving Valid driver's license with clean driving record Minimum 18 years of age Candidates with truck preferred Insulation Co. has ambitious growth plans and this is a ground-floor leadership role on the production team. You'll own crew performance and whether jobs are delivered on schedule and within budget.
