Per Diem Available for Travel Projects Job Overview We are seeking experienced Tile Setters and Finishers (Tape & Paint) to join our bathroom remodeling team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential remodeling, strong fundamental math skills, reliable transportation, and their own professional tools. Responsibilities Install and repair tile in bathroom remodeling projects Tape, texture, and paint walls and ceilings Measure and calculate material quantities accurately Mix mortar, grout, and drywall mud Prepare and finish surfaces to high-quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Travel to job sites as required Requirements Fundamental math skills (math test required during hiring process) Experience with tile installation and finishing work Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Must own necessary tools and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Required Tools Candidates must have their own: Wet saw Trowels Mixers Sanders Cordless drill (Makita preferred) Screw guns (Hex and Phillips) Mud blades Mud pan Other standard remodeling tools Preferred Experience Bathroom remodeling Tile installation Drywall finishing, taping, and texturing Interior painting Compensation & Benefits $18-$25+ per hour based on experience Top pay available for highly qualified candidates Potential annual earnings of $50,000-$75,000+ Per diem available for travel assignments Consistent project-based work How to Apply Qualified candidates should contact us to discuss experience, tools, vehicle availability, and schedule an interview.
