About the Role We are hiring a Senior Remodeler who can walk into a kitchen, bath, or whole-home renovation, read the scope, plan the sequence, and execute every trade involved — from demo through finish. This is a senior role for someone who has done this work for years and takes pride in the result. We're growing a real crew backed by a steady pipeline of kitchen, bath, and whole-home renovation work — paid reliably, not project-by-project. We pay real money for real skill, and we expect the real thing back: your tile lines are straight, your cabinets sit level, your miters are tight, and your finished rooms look like a magazine photo, not a flip job. You'll sometimes lead 1-2 helpers and sometimes work solo, so you should be comfortable with both. What You Will Do

• Kitchen remodels: demo, layout, cabinet install, laminate/solid-surface countertop install (granite/quartz stays subcontracted to a fab shop), tile backsplash, basic plumbing fixture install, basic electrical (fixture, switch, outlet, GFCI swaps), trim out
• Bathroom remodels: tub/shower tile, waterproofing, vanity and toilet install, tile floors, trim and finish

• Flooring:

  install LVP, hardwood, and tile — including subfloor prep, transitions, and tile underlayment
• Wall work: frame, move, or remove non-load-bearing walls; create openings; drywall, tape, float, and texture-match to paint-ready
• Cabinet install: kitchen, bathroom, built-ins; doors, drawers, hardware
• Trim and finish carpentry: baseboards, crown, casing, doors, windows

• Paint:

  prep, drywall finish-out, full rooms, and final touch-ups — this is a real part of the job, not an afterthought
• Fence repair and install as needed
• Haul and dispose of demo debris — old cabinets, tile, drywall, flooring
• Lead helpers when a crew is assigned; work independently when solo
• Final walk-through, punch-list, and quality checks
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older
• 5+ years professional remodeling, renovation, or finish-carpentry experience
• Basic electrical experience required — fixture, switch, outlet, and GFCI swaps (no panel work or new circuits — that stays with a licensed electrician)
• Strong, hands-on skills across framing, drywall, tile, flooring (LVP/hardwood/tile), cabinet install, trim, and paint
• Comfortable both leading a small crew AND working solo
• Able to read a tape, square, and level — and measure twice, cut once
• You bring your own tools — hand tools and power tools (miter saw, drills, levels, etc.); MRR does not supply tools for this role
• Able to perform demolition, lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and kneel for tile work
• Must be reliable and show up on time every day
• Your own truck or vehicle capable of hauling job debris and materials, plus a valid driver's license (truck bed or trailer — no small cars) — MRR does not supply a vehicle for this role
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen — drug-free workplace
