FULL-TIME DAYS

The Painter repairs, paints and redecorates walls, ceilings, woodwork, furniture and fixtures throughout the facility. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities General Functions:

Repairs, paints and redecorates walls, ceilings, doors, floors and baseboards, etc Skills include sheetrock installation & finishing, tile, seamless flooring, laminate, painting, wall vinyl, wallpaper, monolithic and suspended ceiling repair, wall protection systems and cubicle curtain systems Assists in requesting supplies and material. Documents all work performed on appropriate logs and work orders. Assists other maintenance techs as needed. Utilizes resources efficiently and effectively Maintains safe environment Participates in Performance Improvement activities Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION

: High School Graduate or equivalent.

PREFERRED EDUCATION

High School Graduate/Trade school

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

2 years in painting or finishing experience
