Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-home consultations, with expertise in various trades. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring state efficiency standards are met, ensuring company quality standards are met, and leading a team of installers to achieve project goals. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will be crucial in delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Perform blower door test before and after work is completed to compare data and explain the efficiency difference numbers to the homeowner. Meet with homeowners and explain what work is being completed, answering any questions the homeowner may have. Go through before and after pictures of the work that has been completed and explain the work that has been completed. Perform CAZ test to ensure the home has no gas leaks and is safe to perform the work. Lay out carpet protectant and protection for walls to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Ensure the work is being completed to all company and state wide standards. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in installation or construction roles with a focus on leading teams. Experience with in-home consultations and speaking with homeowners Minumum of 2 years experience in insulation installation Familiarity with construction practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Great customer service skills Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining project timelines.
