Synergy Companies is a full-service energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services. In this role, you will assess, retrofit, and seal buildings to reduce energy loss and lower utility costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct blower door and combustion safety testing. Air seal attics, rim joists, penetrations, and cavities using foam, caulking, and weather-stripping. Diagnose and seal duct leakage, and replace inefficient lighting, showerheads, and appliances. Complete client intake forms, work orders, and required job-site documentation. Coordinate with HVAC technicians and electricians when project scopes overlap. Explain completed measures and expected utility savings to homeowners.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field. Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment. Ability to handle a physical workload. Detail-oriented, especially with paperwork, and deadline-driven. Weatherization (Wx) Certification is required
