Role:
Long-term, full-time work installing home performance measures — insulation, air sealing, and related energy efficiency upgrades — in homes across the UP through utility-sponsored home performance programs. No prior industry experience required. If you know your way around tools and care about doing a job right, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do:
Install home performance measures (attic, wall cavity, knee wall insulation; air sealing) to program standards Leave every job site — and every documentation trail — done right, not just done Work alongside a Project Manager who has your back on scope and site conditions
What We're Looking For:
Comfortable with hand and power tools — drills, saws, staplers, caulk guns. General construction or trade experience is ideal. Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces Reliable transportation to job sites Timeliness and teachability Someone who takes pride in a job well done, not just a job finished Must pass background screening (MVR, drug test, criminal background check) prior to start.
