Home Comfort Heating and Cooling has been family owned and operated for over 20 years and has been a part of the NYSERDA program since 2007. We provide HVAC and weatherization needs for residential homeowners in need. If you are looking to work with an organized, team-oriented, and growing company, apply today!
Pay Scale:
$18.00- $26.
Schedule:
7:00am- 4:00pm, Monday through Friday; Overtime as necessary

Job Training Position Summary:
To install insulation (Cellulose and Spray Foam) along with other home energy efficiency measure. To work with other technicians to provide a top-notch customer experience, though quality work and timely job performance.Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in installing all types of insulation
- Must be able to work on ladders, roofs, and confined spaces
- Exceptional safety knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
