Bridges Community Action Partnership is seeking Weatherization Crew Members to join our Residential Services Team. Key Responsibilities Complete home repairs and weatherization needed for each job according to the specific program standards. Perform general activities involving insulation, air sealing, minor plumbing, frame building, painting, and other duties as assigned. Perform general warehouse activities involving loading and unloading vehicles, sorting and stocking materials, equipment, and other related duties. Must be able to climb ladders, work in tight quarters and unclean conditions at times. Must be able to stand 8.5 hours or more a day if needed. Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to work with and be sensitive to the needs of low-income, elderly and/or minority residents. Required skills and

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. Valid driver's license and insurable Ability to lift 75 lbs. Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
