Job Description We're looking for confident, safety-focused individuals to join our roof installation crew for the Christmas season. This position involves installing premium holiday lighting and decor on rooflines, peaks, gutters, and other elevated areas. The right candidate will be comfortable working on ladders and roofs, able to follow detailed installation plans, and committed to producing clean, professional results. What You'll Do Install Christmas lights along rooflines, gutters, peaks, and elevated areas Safely climb and work from ladders and roofs Install wreaths, garlands, and other exterior decorations Follow custom designs and crew-leader instructions Secure lights neatly and consistently to meet our quality standards Inspect completed work for safety and appearance Communicate clearly with crew members and customers Assist with light removal after the holiday season Help keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites organized Requirements Comfortable and confident working on roofs, ladders, and at heights Strong commitment to safety Able to lift 40+ pounds Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Roofing, construction, exterior installation, or ladder experience is preferred What We Offer Up to $27 per hour Paid training Full-time and part-time seasonal opportunities Fun, supportive team culture Opportunities for leadership and future seasonal growth Seasonal bonus opportunities Safe, well-maintained equipment and clear safety procedures Why Join Us?
