Job Description

Remove and properly dispose of damaged, contaminated, or pest-affected attic insulation as needed. Perform a full attic inspection for signs of rodent activity, moisture issues, air leaks, and insulation deficiencies. Sanitize and deodorize affected areas when applicable. Seal accessible entry points to help reduce future pest intrusion if included in the service. Install new attic insulation to the requested/recommended depth and R-value, ensuring even coverage and compliance with manufacturer specifications. Clean the work area, verify proper installation, and review the completed work with the homeowner. #
