$2,500-$4,000/month, performance-based LED Unlimited is looking for a hands-on Installer & Sales Representative for Door and PTAC Weatherization projects at hotels and motels in Abilene and San Angelo. This position combines installation and field sales. You will visit hotels, speak with owners/managers, identify potential weatherization projects, and perform the installation once projects are authorized. What You'll Do Visit hotels and motels and introduce the weatherization program. Speak with owners/managers and develop new projects. Identify Door and PTAC Weatherization opportunities. Take required measurements and photos. Install Door Weatherization. Perform PTAC Weatherization and sealing. Complete required project documentation. Compensation $10 per qualifying door on projects you originate that become authorized. $16 per completed Door Weatherization installation. $10 per completed PTAC Weatherization installation.

Estimated earnings:

$2,500-$4,000/month, based on production, authorized projects, and work availability. Ideal for someone with handyman, hotel maintenance, construction, HVAC, weatherization, or field-service experience who is also comfortable approaching hotel owners and managers. Reliable transportation, smartphone, basic tool skills, and ability to work independently required.
