Job Summary About Us We are a small, established lightning protection company that designs, installs, and inspects lightning protection systems for commercial and residential properties. We're growing and looking for a reliable, hardworking person who wants to learn a specialized skilled trade with real long-term potential. The Role This is a hands-on field position. You'll work outdoors alongside our experienced installer learning how to install air terminals, conductors, grounding systems, and related components. Training is provided — no prior lightning protection experience is required. What You'll Do Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools Help install lightning protection systems on roofs and structures Work safely at heights using proper fall protection Keep the job site clean and organized Follow all safety rules and company procedures What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual — shows up on time ready to work Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able and willing to work at heights (roofs, ladders, lifts) Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to learn and follow instructions Safety-conscious attitude High school diploma or GED preferred What We Offer Competitive starting pay with raises as you gain skills Hands-on training in a specialized trade Opportunity to advance into a full installer role and pursue industry certifications Overtime opportunities Work with a small team where your contribution matters How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send a short message telling us about yourself and why you're interested in learning this trade.
