What You'll Do:

Install attic insulation and other energy-saving upgrades. Maintain high-quality workmanship with attention to detail. Follow safety and company standards every step of the way. Travel to job sites across VA, NC, and OH (overnight stays required as needed). Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable team players with a strong work ethic. No experience required — paid training provided . Valid driver's license, ability to pass background and drug screening. Willingness to travel and work in various environments (attics, weather, etc.).
