Document Archiving Assistant scans and digitizes physical engineering drawings into PDF format for engineering records. Job Requirements Experience working with a PC Ability to work a 40-hour schedule Monday through Friday Availability for an assignment lasting up to 6 months Preferred Skills Experience scanning and digitizing paper documents Experience organizing engineering or technical records Experience managing multiple tasks in an office or records environment Job Responsibilities Archive engineering drawings by scanning physical documents into PDF format Support digitization of physical engineering drawings Maintain organized digital engineering records Complete drawing archiving work according to project schedule
