On-site Manager

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, hands-on leader to manage our team. This full-time, permanent position requires a forklift experienced individual who is looking to 'take the next step" in their career and now manage their own team. This individual will positively manage a small team of employees in a 24/7 operation. Positively train, coach and manage a team to get winning results daily. This Monday - Friday (day) position offers a good pay range and excellent benefits, which includes employee paid health insurance! At minimum, $55,000 annually. The "starting salary" is negotiable based on any "team lead" and/or any past managerial experience. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety & training of your teams employees
• Responsible for hiring, promoting, reprimanding and terminations
• Responsible to schedule and ensure proper coverage in 24/7 operation
• Responsible for weighing & loading of materials onto trailers and create bill of ladings for each load
• Any other tasks as needed/assigned Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week and any weekends or shift required
• Basic computer knowledge and use of email and cell phone.
• Must be a list maker; organized, task driven and focused
• Must be a strong communicator to effectively train team members
• Must provide strong leadership to foster a team first attitude
• Safety FIRST driven manager who audits and fosters a strong Safety Culture
• Ability to safely and effectively use a forklift Physical requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift at least 70 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, lay, reach, bend, lift, push, pull, drive, and maintain focus for sustained periods of time
• Ability to safely & effectively work in an inside and outside environment Safety training & PPE are provided, plus reimbursement for safety boots (up to $75) & safety glasses (up to $125).
