The RoleWe are recruiting an Area Manager to lead healthcare FM services across multiple sites on the Isle of Wight. You will be responsible for operational delivery, commercial performance, compliance and client relationships, ensuring services exceed expectations while aligning to the One Compass vision and values.

This role leads a team of Site Supervisors and plays a key part in driving performance, efficiency, engagement and continuous improvement across the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and inspire Site Supervisors across multiple sitesManage client relationships and contractual complianceDeliver financial performance, including PBIT, turnover and margin targetsReview area performance and implement service improvementsControl labour, waste, consumables and above-unit costsEnsure full compliance with Compass policies and HSE standardsDrive customer satisfaction through audits, surveys and service reviewsSupport organic growth and retention within the regionHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure implementation of all HSE procedures, including HACCP and risk assessmentsComplete required HSE inductions and trainingMonitor incidents and ensure corrective actions are in placeWork collaboratively with clients on all HSE matters
