ACTIVE WASHINGTON ARMED GUARD LICENSE REQUIRED

As an Armed Security Guard at ALK Global Security, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. Your duties will include monitoring and patrolling the premises, enforcing safety and security policies, and responding effectively to incidents or emergencies. You will help deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism through vigilance and professionalism. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Reliable Transportation Able to work weekends Dependable Active Washington armed guard license in good standing Open availability Ability to work varied days and/or shifts if needed Proficiency in mobile and desktop applications Professional and detailed report writing

NOTE:

Armed security guards in Washington state are required by CJTC (Criminal Justice Training Commission) to complete a firearm recertification course for each employer. You will be required to complete a CJTC approved 4-hour course to obtain CJTC armed certification for ALK Global Security. The cost of recertification is the responsibility of the employee.

Position Details:

We are seeking experienced Armed Security Guards to work in a retail environment. The ideal candidate will maintain constant vigilance, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold a strong sense of customer service while protecting company property and assets.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly while maintaining a professional demeanor Patrol interior and exterior areas of the retail premises Monitor surroundings for suspicious activity, theft, or safety hazards Enforce company policies and respond swiftly to incidents and emergencies Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports Maintain constant alertness and situational awareness Interact professionally with clients, employees, and law enforcement as needed
