• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement and be committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our employees and visitors. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to alarms, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness to prevent any potential threats.

• Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
• Monitor CCTV cameras to identify any suspicious activity and report it to the appropriate authorities.
• Respond to alarms and investigate any incidents in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Conduct loss prevention activities to minimize loss and prevent theft.
• Manage conflicts effectively, using de-escalation techniques to resolve situations peacefully.
• Maintain a high level of visibility and awareness to prevent and respond to security incidents.
• Participate in training and certification programs to maintain current certifications.
• Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure the security of the premises.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, security checks, and other security-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

• Skills:

• Strong background in law enforcement or a related field.
• Certification in first aid and CPR.
• Experience with CCTV surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
• Ability to militarize and respond to security incidents effectively.
• Certificate in loss prevention.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with surveillance and the ability to monitor CCTV cameras effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
