Job Description

REQUISITOS
  • Tecnólogo/a en Mecánica Automotriz o estudiante desde sexto semestre de Ingeniería Mecánica o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en cargos similares en talleres reconocidos.
  • Conocimientos en mecánica, electricidad automotriz y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
  • Recepción y asesoría al cliente durante el ingreso del vehículo.
  • Apertura y gestión de órdenes de trabajo.
  • Seguimiento al estado del vehículo y comunicación permanente con el cliente.
  • Gestión de aprobaciones para servicios adicionales.
  • Coordinación y entrega del vehículo garantizando calidad y satisfacción.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de venta de servicios y repuestos.
