What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble boats and marine components such as hulls, decks, and cabins Use hand tools and power tools to complete builds Follow work instructions and basic blueprints Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of hands-on or mechanical experience (assembly, construction, etc.) or willingness to learn Comfortable using tools and working with your hands Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player Preferred (Not Required): Manufacturing or warehouse experience Mechanical experience Marine or boat assembly experience

Work Environment:

Non-climate controlled facility (hot and humid at times) Physically active role (standing, bending, lifting) Exposure to tools, machinery, fiberglass, and similar materials Steel toe boots required
