Build Quality and Maintain Operations. A key part of the role involves ensuring continuous equipment operation through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting minor malfunctions, and coordinating necessary repairs; this position requires the physical ability to perform tasks including bending, lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
