Assembler

Summary/Objective The Assembler puts together components and subassemblies with hand, electric and pneumatic tools to create completed Automotive furniture products. The Assembler also produces mattresses for the automotive industry through gluing and covering processes. This position is responsible for achieving target production output at a high level of quality while constantly improving production processes and maintaining safe work habits. Essential Functions

• Assemble furniture and automotive mattress components to specifications
• Assemble mattresses by gluing components together such as foam and spring units
• Complete production reports and quality documentation daily
• Work closely with your team and Shift Team Leader to meet production goals
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and follow all company procedures Competency
• Proficient with hand tools, electric tools, and pneumatic tools
• Able to use tape measures and rulers accurately
• Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Goal-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good at following instructions and working as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• No prior manufacturing experience required
