Snap In. Ship Out. Work boots over dress shoes any day. We're adding Assemblers to the crew to put parts together, check quality, and keep things moving. Must-Haves for the Job 2 years of experience with hand tools Able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Experience using drills, tape measures, and small hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Safety-conscious and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Day-to-Day Grind Prepare framed panels for the foaming process Drill weep holes in panels Load and unload panels from the press using proper lifting techniques Operate walking stackers and utilize general hand tools Perform quality checks throughout the production process Read and use tape measurements accurately Maintain a clean and safe work environment
