Job Description

The Warehouse Assembler / Mechanic / Process Operator supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by assembling components, operating production equipment, performing mechanical tasks, and assisting with material handling. This role helps ensure products are built accurately, safely, and according to quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electronic components using work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams Operate manufacturing and process equipment safely and efficiently Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment adjustments Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Handle, move, and organize materials within the warehouse and production floor Maintain accurate production, inventory, and process records Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies Assist with packaging, labeling, shipping, and receiving activities Support continuous improvement and team production goals Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or process operations preferred Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, or manufacturing documentation Comfortable using hand tools, measuring instruments, and production equipment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment Experience in aerospace, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus Preferred Skills Mechanical assembly experience Machine operation or process operation experience Inventory or warehouse experience Soldering, inspection, or quality control knowledge Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S practices Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting May require overtime, shift work, or weekend schedules depending on production demands Use of PPE and adherence to strict safety and quality standards required
